The 2022 High-End Forum on Intelligent Mining and Metallurgy Processing Technology and Equipment was successfully held in Tai'an, Shandong from July 29th to 31st. More than 200 participants, including representatives from the China Nonferrous Metals Society, the Shandong Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and enterprises, gathered together for this grand event.

Professor Zhu Yimin of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Research Institute/Technical Consultant of Hunan Jumper Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a special report at this forum titled "Key Technological Processes and Equipment Upgrade Innovation in Intelligent Ore Dressing." Based on the practical results and applications of the JPXRT intelligent ore sorting system independently developed by Jumper Technology, the report used examples to illustrate the sorting principle, core technology, advanced performance, and innovative processes of the sorting system. From different perspectives and in different ways, it expounded on the necessity of informatization and intelligence of ore sorting, and made an analysis of the current situation and future prospects of intelligent ore dressing.

In recent years, information and intelligence technologies based on the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and industrial Internet have been the driving force for the comprehensive improvement of the manufacturing level of basic industries such as nonferrous metals. The JPXRT intelligent ore sorting system is based on X-ray透视 and material identification.
