On June 22, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the results of the evaluation of "new technologies, new equipment, and new products" for energy conservation and water saving in Hunan Province. According to the requirements of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology's "Notice on the Collection of Energy-Saving and Water-Saving "New Technologies, New Equipment, and New Products" in 2022," after a process of independent enterprise application, recommendation by municipal (prefecture-level) industrial and information technology departments, and expert review, a total of 74 projects were selected. Among them, Hunan Jumper Technology Co., Ltd.'s intelligent ore sorting equipment was successfully selected for the Hunan Provincial Energy Conservation and Water Saving "New Technologies, New Equipment and New Products" promotion catalog.


Intelligent ore sorting equipment is an intelligent, automated, online ore sorting device that utilizes artificial intelligence deep learning, machine vision, automated control, mechatronics, and combines high-performance computing and big data technologies. Through different spectral imaging, it analyzes the alteration color, texture, fluorescence characteristics, absorption and reflection of specific spectral energy, penetration and attenuation of specific spectral energy, and spectral transmittance of ore to perform rapid and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of the ore and effectively select it. This equipment is deployed after the raw ore is mined and crushed and screened, before entering the flotation workshop. It can set parameters according to different raw ore production and sorting needs to quickly complete the sorting task. It is suitable for new ore dressing plants, technical transformation of old ore dressing plants, mining sites, tailings dumps, and other mining enterprises, as well as metallurgical enterprises that use it for the sorting of metallurgical production waste.
