The Jumper Technology JPXRT-1400A intelligent picking and sorting equipment is another "hardcore" new generation of intelligent equipment in the Jumper intelligent ore picking and sorting system series.

 

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, Jumper Technology has launched a tough battle to deliver goods in the face of a series of difficulties, including hampered production progress, urgent production tasks, and tight deadlines. Through the careful design, lean manufacturing, and meticulous testing of all R&D, test, and production personnel, it was successfully launched on May 23, 2020, and shipped to Luanchuan, Henan.

 

Luanchuan, Henan, is a world-class tungsten and molybdenum resource gathering area. In the intelligent sorting test experiment of Luanchuan tungsten and molybdenum ore, the economic and technical indicators of Jumper Technology JPXRT-1400A equipment are: capacity reaches 80t/h, operating waste rate ≥35%, recovery rate about 97%, and tailings grade ≤0.03%.

 

The actual application of Jumper Technology JPXRT-1400A equipment in Luanchuan, Henan, will provide strong technological support for Luanchuan area to thoroughly implement the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," practice the national strategy of building "green mines," help build "smart mine" enterprises, and steadily promote high-quality development of mining enterprises. This is another major breakthrough for Jumper Technology in the field of intelligent sorting.
