This project is located in Qinghai Province. Our company's JPXRT-2000 intelligent coal gangue sorting equipment was introduced in 2023. After commissioning, the equipment has operated stably, and the actual sorting indicators are better than the contract requirements.
The JPXRT intelligent ore sorting system is independently developed by Jumper Technology. It uses machine vision detection technology such as multispectral, multi-energy spectrum, and multi-sensor fusion, combined with mineral processing, artificial intelligence, Huawei Ascend computing, and intelligent control technologies for intelligent sorting of bulk raw ore in industrial production.
The JPXRT coal-gangue intelligent picking system is a new generation of intelligent picking equipment for blocky coal-gangue, based on advanced imaging and artificial intelligence technology. Using material characteristics acquired by a spectral imaging system, it automatically analyzes and identifies coal and gangue, controlling high-pressure air to blow the target, realizing fully automatic raw coal picking. The system integrates mechanics, automatic control, and nuclear physics; it mainly consists of a main conveyor belt, a queuing system, a detection and control system, and an execution system.
