Guangdong Mining's lead-zinc-silver mine conducted an investigation of Jumper Technology's JPXRT-1400 intelligent ore sorting equipment. During the trial phase, the mine expressed considerable approval of the equipment's sorting effectiveness, leading to in-depth cooperation with Jumper Technology to jointly build a demonstration base for intelligent ore sorting.
Guojin Mining and Jumper Technology reached a pilot cooperation agreement for an intelligent ore sorting system in July 2021. During the cooperation period, the equipment performed stably and stood out in comparative tests against equipment from other companies in the same industry. Highly satisfied with the results of the Jumper Technology trial, Guojin Mining officially purchased the JPXRT-2000 intelligent ore sorting system in December 2023.
The Baikar Mining lead-zinc mine is located in a high-latitude area with a temperate continental climate. It experiences severe winters, spring blizzards, and extreme temperature differences between seasons and day and night, posing a significant challenge to the operation of sorting equipment. In 2022, the JPXRT-2000 series of intelligent ore sorting equipment was introduced to pre-reject waste ore, effectively improving the grade of the raw ore entering the beneficiation process, extending the service life of the tailings pond, and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise. Since its commissioning, it has been operating stably.
The mining industry is actively committed to achieving green and efficient resource utilization through technological development and innovation. In January 2021, the mining industry signed a cooperation agreement with Jumper Technology to use Jumper Technology's JPXRT-1400 intelligent ore sorting equipment in the ore sorting process. The equipment has been operating stably since then, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, improving the enterprise efficiency of the mining industry, and contributing to its further development of green mines and the upgrading of smart mines.
