The International Lead and Zinc Conference, initiated in 1970, is the most influential event in the international lead and zinc industry. The 10th International Lead and Zinc Conference will be grandly held in Changsha, Hunan on October 18, 2023. Hunan Jumper Technology was invited to attend the exhibition and give a themed report on "Research on Intelligent Tailings Disposal in Lead and Zinc Ore Dressing".

Speaker Profile:

Zhu Yimin, male, a professor-level senior engineer from Pingnan, Guangxi. He is an expert from the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Department of Personnel and Labor, Department of Commerce, Department of Finance, and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. He is also an expert in the evaluation of the "Entrepreneurship Fund" and "Scientific and Technological Achievements" of the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Commission, a postgraduate tutor at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and Guizhou University, and the chief ore dressing expert at Hunan Jumper Technology. He has long been engaged in ore dressing teaching and research on ore dressing processes, ore dressing agents, comprehensive utilization of solid waste, and research and design work, with a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in ore dressing.
He has presided over the completion of more than 60 scientific research and design projects, including the tin ore dressing process of the large mine bureau under the national "Seventh Five-Year Plan", the research on the scientific and technological tackling of the Xizhugang tungsten-molybdenum-bismuth-fluorite polymetallic ore dressing process under the national "Eighth Five-Year Plan", the comprehensive recovery of copper and silver in the Huangshaping 1500t/d copper-lead-zinc concentrator, and the research and industrialization of the high-grade sulfur concentrate ore dressing process in the Guangdong Yunfu pyrite mine 5000t/d concentrator, as the first person in charge of more than 50 projects; involving ore dressing engineering, chemical engineering, and engineering design. He pays attention to the industrial application of scientific research achievements, and many achievements have been implemented in domestic and foreign enterprises, creating good economic and social benefits for enterprises; he has won one second-class prize for national scientific and technological progress, four third-class prizes for provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress and educational achievements, nine national invention patents, and published two monographs on ore dressing, both of which won the Excellent Book Award for Nonferrous Metals. He has published more than 160 papers and has a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience.
