　　Today is the first day back to work for Jumper Technology after the Spring Festival. During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Rat, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic made it an unforgettable one for all of us, disrupting the festive atmosphere and our plans. In the face of this war without smoke, our company earnestly implemented the instructions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on epidemic prevention and control, fully cooperating with the unified actions of the superior authorities to ensure that all prevention and control work is done effectively and well, safeguarding everyone's health.

　　 Firm belief, united as one

　　With the development of the epidemic, our company, in accordance with the relevant deployments of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, postponed the resumption of work by a week. This postponement has had a significant impact on the company, especially on key projects, where production tasks are extremely urgent. At this critical time, we are deeply moved by everyone's efforts in overcoming difficulties and proactively returning to their work posts. Please rest assured that the company will do everything possible to coordinate all resources to ensure the safety and protection of all employees. At the same time, we also hope that everyone will continue to implement the company's relevant deployments, strengthen preventive measures, and achieve a balance between company development and epidemic prevention and control.

　　In the face of the epidemic, each Jumper employee must first protect themselves and their families. Starting with ourselves, we must take this seriously and not be complacent. During the outbreak, the company quickly established a "Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control Leading Group" and formulated detailed prevention and control systems and measures. We extended the holiday, tracked the location and health status of all employees daily, purchased masks, disinfectants, and other epidemic prevention materials in a timely manner, carried out comprehensive disinfection of the office premises, and conducted multiple online exchanges and deployments during the extended holiday.

　　Today is the first official day back to work for Jumper Technology. To minimize risks, we encourage colleagues to work online and from home. However, due to work needs, many colleagues have actively volunteered and cooperated, proactively requesting to go to their necessary work posts. We appreciate their "reverse-the-trend" actions for the company's cause. Whether working from home or in the office, all colleagues should take a highly responsible attitude towards themselves, their families, others, and the company, actively cooperate with the requirements of the government and the park, scientifically arrange their work, maintain good hygiene habits, and ensure that epidemic prevention, work, and life are not mutually exclusive.

In the face of the epidemic, obeying organizational arrangements, working remotely from home, and blocking the spread of the epidemic are also contributions. 　　Currently, the prevention and control situation of the novel coronavirus epidemic remains extremely severe. On the one hand, experts predict that the next week will be the peak of the epidemic. On the other hand, the post-holiday period will be a time of intensive employee return to work and travel. Life is more important than Mount Tai; the epidemic is the order, and prevention and control is the responsibility. To further improve the epidemic prevention and control work for all employees of the company and ensure the safety of employees' lives, we hereby appeal to all employees:

　　2. All employees on duty must wear masks.
