2007
Under the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development, the concept of green mine construction was formally proposed.
2008
The "National Mineral Resources Plan (2008-2015)", approved and implemented by the State Council, clearly defined the overall requirements for developing a green mining industry for the first time and set the development goal of "establishing a basic green mine pattern by 2020." Since then, green mine construction has been incorporated into the national top-level design for the development and utilization of mineral resources.
2010
The former Ministry of Land and Resources officially issued the "Guiding Opinions on Implementing the National Mineral Resources Plan, Developing the Green Mining Industry, and Constructing Green Mines" (No. 119 [2010] of the Ministry of Land and Resources), clearly proposing nine basic conditions for national-level green mines. This is the first official document on green mine construction management issued by China.
2011
"Developing the green mining industry" was included in the country's 12th Five-Year Plan, promoting the green mining industry as a key national strategic task.

The development of the green mining industry and green mine construction have been included in the national 13th Five-Year Plan, 14th Five-Year Plan outlines, and important documents such as "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Accelerating the Advancement of Ecological Civilization Construction" and "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China".
2024
The Ministry of Natural Resources and six other departments jointly issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening Green Mine Construction," requiring the comprehensive promotion of green mine construction and accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation and development of the mining industry. It encourages mining enterprises to adopt advanced and applicable technologies, strengthen the upgrading and transformation of green and low-carbon technologies and equipment, and use information technology to promote intelligent and green development.

Application Cases
A mine in Jilin City has nearly 10 million tons of gold mine tailings. The gold content (Au) in the tailings is about 0.3-0.7 g/t. Using Jumper Technology's intelligent ore sorter to extract the gold from the tailings. After the tailings are enriched in gold concentrate through intelligent sorting, creating hundreds of millions of yuan in value for the customer 。
The original ore grade of a phosphate mine in Hubei is P 2 O 5 ≥17%. By using Jumper Technology's intelligent ore sorting equipment to pre-dispose of waste ore, after sorting, the concentrate grade P 2 O 5 ≥25%, successfully improving the grade of phosphate ore for beneficiation.
